SEE! THEY’RE ALL at it now. What looks like quite a big event in the West African country of Angola, the SIXTH Festival of Cartoons and Animation. And it’s being held in the capital city of Luanda.

Wonderful to see the artform celebrated in far-flung corners of the world.
